By accessing or using Presnly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of Service

You may use Presnly for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store on a monthly or yearly basis and are subject to Apple's refund policies.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. We do not claim ownership of presentations, scripts, or other materials you create using Presnly.

5. Limitation of Liability

Presnly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Presnly constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
